Are you trying to login to your training site?

When logging into the Education LMS, it’s important to remember that every institution has a specific URL that must be used to access their account. Your username and password will only work on your institution’s specific URL. If you don’t remember your login information, we recommend the following:

1. Check your inbox.
   If you have been assigned training by your institution and they enabled email notifications, you should have an email from your institution’s training administrator. It will come from a “@vectorsolutions” domain or from your institution’s domain.
2. Reach out to your Institution’s Training Administrator.
   Every institution has a dedicated training administrator. This administrator can provide you with your login information and help with login issues.
3. Contact Vector Solutions’ Customer Care Team.
   If you’re still having issues, please contact our Customer Care team by submitting a case or chatting directly with us. We will be able to locate and identify your login information or will redirect you to your appropriate training administrator.
